FEC/Arcade Technician

Bigfoot On the Strip is currently seeking an experienced FEC/Arcade Technician for its location in Branson, MO.

Your job is to maintain/repair arcade games and various amusement attractions within our facility including, but not limited to: Video, Skill, Redemption, 8 Di Theater, Card Swipe, POS, Audio, and Video Surveillance Systems, install and set up new games and equipment, maintain/repair tools and supplies as necessary for maintenance of arcade games and equipment, and perform general/facility maintenance. You are to educate team members on how to use the equipment properly and to troubleshoot basic repair problems. Promptly perform required preventive maintenance of games, rides and equipment.


Excel in troubleshooting electronic and mechanical assemblies
Understand the safe and proper use of power/hand tools, DMM, soldering equipment.
Able to read and understand wiring diagrams.
Proficient in the use of computers and associated hardware.
Experience in component level circuit board repair and troubleshooting preferred.

In exercising these functions you should be able to exert up to 100lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up 50lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.
Be physically able to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Minimum two years experience as a game technician in the amusement industry or an Associate’s Degree in Electronics Technology; or an equivalent combination of education and job related experience
